The use of the services is at the user’s own risk. Users agree not to misuse the services or use them in violation of applicable laws.
KNTC strives to ensure the highest possible availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
KNTC is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, KNTC is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
Liability for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All content, software components, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of KNTC or the respective rights holders. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution requires prior written consent.
KNTC reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services or features for technical, legal, or economic reasons.
KNTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violations of these Terms or misuse of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
